Job summary

Young Foundations is seeking a dedicated support worker for Acrefield House, Birkenhead, to work with young people aged 16 to 30 with complex needs.

This permanent role offers a 40-hour week, a salary around £28k per year, and the chance to provide structure, guidance and compassionate one-to-one support in both residential and community settings. It requires valid right to work, and a commitment to safeguarding with Enhanced DBS checks.

Location: Acrefield House, Acrefield Road, Birkenhead
Salary: £27,999.72 - £29,428.49 per annum (DOE)
Hours per Week: 40
Contract Type: Permanent
