Young Foundations, Mulroy House in Middlesbrough, is seeking a dedicated residential care worker to support children and young people aged 8 to 18 in a homely setting. You will help build positive relationships, set clear boundaries, and provide a safe space where trust grows and every young person feels valued.

Located in Middlesbrough, Mulroy House has five bedrooms for young people aged 8 to 18. We specialise in supporting those with social, emotional, and mental health needs, offering care that celebrates individuality.

At Young Foundations, we specialise in residential step-down services and specialist education for children and young people with complex needs, learning disabilities, and autism.

We also offer specialist placements to children who may have experienced trauma or have attachment-based problems. Our creative and nurturing approach focuses on each individual, delivering a targeted programme of support specifically designed around their needs.
