Horizon Care and Education Group Ltd is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our team. You will help looked-after young people with daily routines, personal care, hobbies, social activities and learning new skills within our homes.
You will foster a safe, warm and therapeutic environment, support safeguarding, and work with colleagues to plan care that supports each young person's potential and wellbeing. Full training is provided.
