Job summary

The Forum School in Blandford Forum, Dorset, is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help young people with autism spectrum disorder thrive. You’ll work on a two-week rolling rota with alternate weekends off, empowering independence and daily living skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a base salary in the £30k–£31k range plus overtime, with progression opportunities and support for professional development.

Job description

Residential Support Worker

Location: The Forum School, Blandford Forum, Dorset

Salary: £40,814 (unqualified) to £42,296 (qualified)* Salary includes 1 x 12-hour overtime shift per week.

Base salary: £30,073.68 – £31,165.68 (without overtime)

Shift Pattern: Two-week rolling rota with alternate weekends off
