Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a brand new Staffordshire site. You will support the Site Manager, oversee subcontractors, ensure health & safety compliance, and monitor build quality to meet programme deadlines.

The role requires experience as an Assistant/Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build housing, with valid SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. A strong ability to motivate teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant / Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build housing developments.
• Ability to motivate the team and subcontractors.
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation.
• Valid SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of a busy residential development, overseeing and managing subcontractors and ensuring build quality.
• Support adherence to build programme deadlines and safety standards.
