Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a fast-paced, high-quality housing development in Misterton, DN10. You will support the Contracts Manager, coordinate site teams, and ensure NHBC standards and health & safety regulations are met.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years on new build housing sites, solid organisational skills, and a proven track record with recognised UK housebuilders. A valid SMSTS/CSCS and First Aid is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager on new build housing sites.
• Experience with UK housebuilders.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS valid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure build programmes are achieved.
• Manage trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead on site health and safety compliance and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with client, consultants and inspectors.
• Assist with snagging, handover and customer care.
