Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Crawley is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy residential development on a freelance basis. You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix to handover, and ensure works are delivered on time and to standard.

The ideal candidate holds CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications, can manage multiple trades on a fast-paced site, and maintain sharp H&S and quality control on site. Day rate £240–£250 is on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-paced site.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing plots from 1st fix to completion.
• Support the Site Manager with daily operations on site.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet schedule and standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance across the site.
• Maintain quality control and manage snagging efficiently.
