Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a brand new Staffordshire site. You will support the Site Manager, oversee subcontractors, ensure health & safety compliance, and monitor build quality to meet programme deadlines.

The role requires experience as an Assistant/Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build housing, with valid SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. A strong ability to motivate teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant / Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build housing developments.
• Ability to motivate the team and subcontractors.
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation.
• Valid SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate.

Are you a house building Assistant Site Manager interested in joining a leading residential developer on a brand new volume house building site in Staffordshire?

There is an exciting new job opportunity to join a leading house builder to help assist with the management of a brand new site consisting of 2 to 4 bed high quality homes. Working closely with a highly experienced Site Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of a busy residential development, overseeing and managing subcontractors, health & safety & ensuring high standards of build quality and adhering to build programme deadlines.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience working as a Assistant / Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build housing developments

Salary & Package on offer:

• Base 45,000 to 50,000
