Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a brand new residential development in Staffordshire. You will work closely with the Site Manager to coordinate daily site operations, supervise subcontractors, and drive build quality within the programme.

The role requires prior experience on house-building projects, valid SSSTS/CSCS and First Aid certificates, and a proactive approach to safety and site organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build housing.
• Ability to motivate the team and subcontractors.
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations with a Site Manager on a new 2–4 bed housing site.
• Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness.

Are you a house building Assistant Site Manager interested in joining a leading residential developer on a brand new volume house building site in Staffordshire?

There is an exciting new job opportunity to join a leading house builder to help assist with the management of a brand new site consisting of 2 to 4 bed high quality homes. Working closely with a highly experienced Site Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of a busy residential development, overseeing and managing subcontractors, health & safety & ensuring high standards of build quality and adhering to build programme deadlines.

Experience / Qualifications Required:
