Job summary

ADT is seeking a Customer Solutions Technician to install intruder alarms, CCTV and doorbells at residential premises. You will receive full paid training, a company van, uniform and tools, and participate in a competitive incentive scheme.

This field-based role requires a full UK manual driving license, the ability to work at height, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Training and certification will be provided as part of the development program.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license.
• Ability to carry and climb ladders and work at height.
• Practical skills with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries and damage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with smartphones, tablets and PCs.
• Security check will be performed after offer.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission security systems at customers’ premises (intruder alarm, CCTV, doorbell).
• Provide high-quality customer service and identify sales opportunities.
• Work alone or as part of a team as required.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, expenses and timesheets.
• Promote the brand and maintain a positive image through professional conduct.
