Residential Sales Manager

At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager – Estate Agent, to join our fantastic Estate Agency team in Doncaster .

A quick look at the role

You will be listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building rapport with new and existing clients face-to-face or over the phone.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Residential Sales Manager:

• Estate agency experience such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, or Sales Negotiator
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• Full UK driving licence
