Savills in Harpenden offers a Residential Sales Apprenticeship starting September 2022. You will work with a specialist residential sales team, assisting with day-to-day activities while learning to become a successful Sales Negotiator.

Daily tasks include meeting clients, helping with viewings, marketing, and key handovers, plus database updates and regular applicant outreach. A 24–36 month training path begins at Junior Estate Agent level 2 and progresses to level 4.

Formación

• Training programme spanning 24–36 months with on-the-job learning.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet clients and visitors in the office.
• Assist the sales team with viewings and marketing activities.
• Provide office cover and aid in handover/collection of keys.
• Update brochure displays and digital property matches.
• Register applicants on the Savills database and conduct focused calls.
• Maintain daily records, prospect applicants, and archive as needed.
• Manage own diary with respect to team members.
