Job summary

Bellway Group in the North East is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a Newcastle-area development. The role involves day-to-day sales activities, guiding customers, achieving targets and progressing reservations through contract exchange and legal completion.

You will liaise with solicitors, financial advisors and show homes, maintain CRM records, and work with the Site Manager to coordinate customer meetings. A site-based, flexible role with weekends and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in housebuilding is beneficial
• Experience delivering excellent customer service
• Experience handling confidential information and working to targets

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and progress reservations through contract exchange and completion
• Guide customers around show homes, stock plots, and the site to demonstrate products
• Liaise with solicitors and financial advisers to ensure timely completions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with Site Manager for meetings
• Ensure health and safety at the site and with visitors
