Job summary

Bellway Group is seeking a Sales Advisor for its Southern Counties Division. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through show homes, and coordinating with solicitors and financial advisors to secure contracts.

The role involves achieving sales targets, processing reservations, and maintaining Bellway’s CRM with accurate meeting records. A current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; weekend and occasional evenings may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience with property sales or marketing process is beneficial.
• Experience handling confidential information and working in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and progress reservations through contract exchange and legal completion.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely exchanges.
• Guide visitors around show homes and communicate product features and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records in Bellway’s CRM and coordinate with Site Manager for meetings.
