Job summary

Trinity Estates is seeking a Remediation Officer to coordinate investigations through completion, turning complex technical findings into resident‑friendly remediation plans. You’ll operate on a home‑based basis within the North & Midlands, supporting a varied residential portfolio.

You will review reports, define scopes of work, manage suppliers, and keep residents informed with clear updates. A structured, detail‑oriented coordinator role across live projects with compliance focus.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating remediation or major works in residential property.
• Ability to translate technical findings into practical scopes of work.
• Strong stakeholder communication with residents, clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Review surveys and data to define remediation priorities.
• Prepare tender packs and assess proposals from contractors.
• Build and track project plans, programmes and budgets.
• Lead meetings and resident updates; provide clear communications at milestones.
• Carry out site visits to validate quality, safety and adherence to specs.
• Maintain compliance records and risk registers for reporting.
