Job summary

Trinity Estates is seeking a Remediation Officer to coordinate investigation through completion across a portfolio of residential developments. You will translate complex findings into practical, resident-friendly remediation plans while maintaining robust documentation and stakeholder engagement.

You will review reports, manage tendering and contractor oversight, and lead resident updates with a calm, organised approach to deliver safe, compliant outcomes. UK-wide home-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating remediation or construction-related projects.
• Experience in residential property major works coordination and tendering.
• Knowledge of H&S/CDM/RAMS principles and cost recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Review surveys, reports and site intelligence to define remediation priorities and scopes of work.
• Prepare tender packs, assess proposals and appoint qualified contractors and consultants.
• Build and track project plans, programmes and budgets with regular progress reviews.
• Lead meetings and resident updates, providing clear, accessible communications at milestones.
• Conduct site visits to verify quality, safety controls and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain compliance records, risk registers and MI dashboards for reporting.
