Job description

Become a Territory Owner with Yopa Property and build your own business in the residential real estate market. This is a remote role offering a support package of £2,500 per month for the first three months, with many agents exceeding this amount. As a Territory Owner, you will manage your own postcodes, grow your business, and be supported by a regional team and comprehensive resources from Yopa, including:

  1. High-quality lead generation and appointment bookings from the central Yopa team.
  2. Additional financial incentives for self-generated leads.
  3. Diversified revenue streams, including rewards for referrals to partnered conveyancers and Scout Financial Services.
  4. The flexibility to set your own commission rates with No Sale, No Fee.
  5. Autonomy over your working hours and team employment.
  6. No earnings cap, limited only by your potential.
  7. Support from in-house marketing, including free marketing materials and local visibility schemes.
  8. A dedicated team in our Contact Centres and a Personal Property Adviser to assist your business growth.
  9. Ongoing training, mentorship, and networking opportunities with colleagues and business owners.

Qualifications include 1-2 years of sales experience, self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills.
