Qualifications

• APC interview preparation is a plus.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Experience delivering residential projects for private clients is preferred.
• Background in PQS/quantity surveying consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of residential projects from pre- to post-contract stages.
• Work closely with clients and wider project team.
• Provide client-facing Quantity Surveying services and cost management.
