Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Southampton is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join the team and handle a mix of new build residential projects for public and private sectors. The role includes acting as both Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent, delivering cost and quality reporting and pre- and post-contract duties.

Qualifications

• Already chartered or willing to achieve chartered status
• Pre- and post contract experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• At least 4 years' experience in a PQS
• Car and driver's license

Responsibilities

• Act as a dual Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent, delivering cost and quality reports
• Carry out pre- and post-contract duties for projects
• Support a diverse range of residential schemes for public and private sectors

Skills

Chartered status or working toward
