Job summary

London Law Firm is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join the team on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy and career progression opportunities.

The role requires 5+ PQE, strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions and excellent client care. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers while working closely with colleagues across the property team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive in residential property.
• Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Advise on remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Draft and review contracts and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and work with the property team.

Senior Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - London - £105,000 + Bonus + Hybrid

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and more complex residential property matters
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the residential property department

The Candidate

• 5+ PQE Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
• Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
