Chadwick Nott is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Executive to join a well-established Cardiff team. You will handle a full residential conveyancing caseload, from instruction through to post-completion, in a firm with offices across Wales and the South West.

The role offers hybrid working, a supportive culture, and genuine opportunities for progression within a growing regional firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Executive.
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative and team-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Executive to join a well-established and growing regional law firm in Cardiff.

Joining a busy and collaborative team, you’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload and play a key role in delivering a first-class service to clients across a broad range of property transactions.

The Role
