Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - Residential Property - Cardiff - 2+ Years' Experience

Location: Cardiff

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £45,000 to £65,000

A well established and forward thinking law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Executive to join its growing Cardiff team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive, modern environment that values collaboration, innovation and high quality client service.

The Role

• Sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and referrers
• Running files from instruction through to completion
• Using case management systems and digital workflows to enhance client experience
• Providing clear, proactive communication throughout each matter
• Contributing to team development and continuous improvement
• Supporting business development and raising the firm's profile locally

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with:

• Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing
