Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join a well-established Cardiff team. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to manage a full conveyancing caseload across sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers or experienced conveyancers are invited to apply. You will handle cases independently, provide client-focused advice and collaborate with a busy team to deliver excellent service.

The Role

• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
