Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our Cardiff team. You will manage your own conveyancing caseload, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity with a high standard of client service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or equivalent experience.
• Good technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
• Strong organisational and file-management skills.
• Excellent communication and client care.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
• A commercially aware and pragmatic approach.
• Confidence dealing with clients and professional referrers.
• Good IT and case management system skills.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider team.

The Role

You will manage your own varied residential property caseload, providing a high-quality service to clients from initial instruction through to completion.
