Leadenhall Law Group in London is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a strict 1:1 pod model with dedicated paralegal support. You will manage a varied conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold matters, and focus on high-value work to maximise billing bonuses.

The role offers hybrid working, uncapped annual bonus, and a clear path to develop client relationships with estate agents and lenders, backed by a collaborative team and structured case management

Qualificações

Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor (1:1 Pod Support)

Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 DOE + Uncapped Annual Bonus Scheme

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE min) to manage a varied conveyancing caseload across freehold and leasehold transactions, including Building Safety Act 2022 matters.

• Autonomously manage transactions from instruction to post-completion with full 1:1 paralegal support.
• Mentor and lead your assigned paralegal within your pod.
• Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
• Drive strong billing performance using our streamlined case management systems.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer with 2+ years min PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Solid experience in handling complex leasehold and freehold files.
• A commercial, proactive mindset and a track record of meeting fee-earning targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first, collaborative approach.
