Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 DOE + Uncapped Annual Bonus Scheme

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE min) to manage a varied conveyancing caseload across freehold and leasehold transactions, including Building Safety Act 2022 matters.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer with 2+ years min PQE in residential conveyancing.

• Solid experience in handling complex leasehold and freehold files.

• A commercial, proactive mindset and a track record of meeting fee-earning targets.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-first, collaborative approach.
