• Commercial, proactive mindset with track record of meeting fee-earning targets.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Autonomously manage conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion with 1:1 paralegal support.
• Mentor and lead your assigned paralegal within your pod.
• Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
• Drive strong billing performance using streamlined case management systems.
