Job summary

Leadenhall Law Group is seeking a Conveyancer / Fee Earner for a 1:1 pod model in London (hybrid). You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling freehold and leasehold matters with dedicated paralegal support to maximise billing rewards.

The role requires 2+ years of experience (solicitor, CILEX, or licensed conveyancer). The firm offers uncapped bonuses, strong referral networks, and a supportive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years currently running and managing your own residential conveyancing caseload (both freehold and leasehold).
• Experience with complex leasehold and freehold transactions and Building Safety Act 2022 cases can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage property transactions from instruction to completion with 1:1 paralegal support.
• Guide and supervise your pod's paralegal to build a seamless partnership.
• Foster strong ongoing connections with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
• Maintain consistent fee generation using modern case management software.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious Conveyancer / Fee Earner with at least 2 years of experience who is currently managing their own full residential conveyancing caseload to handle a diverse range of freehold and leasehold matters, including Building Safety Act 2022 cases.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years currently running and managing your own independent residential conveyancing caseload (CLC, CILEX, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner).
• Technical Expertise: Proven background in managing complex leasehold and freehold property transactions end-to-end.
• Drive & Mindset: A proactive, target-driven approach with strong commercial awareness.
