Job summary

Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is assisting a well-established law firm near Coventry to recruit a NQ Residential Property Solicitor for a busy residential property team. The role involves managing a full conveyancing caseload on instruction to completion, liaising with clients, agents, lenders and HM Land Registry.

The successful candidate will have 6 months’ experience, be familiar with CQS and AML regulations, and possess strong communication, organisational and client-care skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and AML regulations.
• Experience with case management systems (Tikit desirable).
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.

The Role
