Job summary

Eventus Legal in Coventry is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join an established regional law firm. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working options, an enhanced holiday package and private healthcare following probation.

You will manage a varied caseload, progress files from instruction to completion and advise clients on residential conveyancing matters with a focus on service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive; residential property experience advantageous.
• At least three years' experience in a busy residential conveyancing environment.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and ability to progress files.
• Good organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Confident using legal technology and case management systems.
• Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to residential conveyancing.

• Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases and other conveyancing transactions.
• Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion while keeping clients updated throughout the process.

Person Specification
