Job summary

Stoke on Trent-based law firm is seeking a stand-alone Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy Property team, managing a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion and liaising with clients, agents and lenders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, CILEX, CLC or experienced Conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience, strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS protocol and AML regulations, plus excellent organisational and client-care skills.
