Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire. This role requires prior residential conveyancing experience and a proactive, confident approach to develop within a growing property team.

You'll support fee earners across a varied caseload, handling sales and purchases, freehold/leasehold matters, and post-completion work while developing your knowledge of the conveyancing process.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners with residential sales and purchases.
• Assist with freehold and leasehold matters.
• Prepare and review legal documentation.
• Raise and respond to enquiries.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Assist with searches, exchange and completion.
• Keep files up to date and ensure progress.
• Carry out post-completion and Land Registry work.
• Provide general support across the residential property team.
