The department is thriving, supported by a 2 years PQE Solicitor and a senior Paralegal who together deliver a highquality, efficient and clientfocused service. As the team grows, they are seeking someone whose experience sits between these two levels a confident, capable Residential Property Fee Earner ready to step into a role with genuine progression, autonomy and support.

The Role

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity

• Shared ownership transactions
