Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited seeks a Residential Property Paralegal to join its Sheffield team. You will support the fee earner across a variety of residential property matters and gain practical experience in a busy conveyancing environment.

The role emphasises organisation, accuracy and effective communication with clients, with training available and a clear path to further legal qualifications within the firm.

Qualifications

• Residential property experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting a residential conveyancing team is desirable.
• Strong client communication and meticulous document handling required.

Responsibilities

• Support the fee earner across a range of residential property matters.
• Deal with clients and review property and title documents.
• Prepare contract packs, SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
• Keep files and records up to date.
