Job summary

Ambiris Recruitment is seeking a Residential Conveyancer in Blackburn with hybrid working options. The role involves managing a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds, drafting essential documents, and handling registrations through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Residential Conveyancing and be proficient with Case Management systems and MS Office. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office is offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds.
• Handle instruction to completion, registration and closure of files.
• Draft contracts, letters, reports and Land Registry/HMRC forms.
• Apply for searches including Land Registry and Pre-Completion.
• Complete SDLT forms.

Residential Conveyancer – Blackburn (Hybrid working) – £28,000 - £38,000 basic DOE

This position is for an award-winning, professional team of conveyancing, solicitor lawyers and legal experts. They have been leading solicitors since 2011 and are now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their team.

What you’ll be doing

• As a Conveyancer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds
• Managing on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file
• Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms
• Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion
• Complete SDLT forms

What you will have

• Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing
• Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
