Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Blackburn who are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team. Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.
• Preparing, reviewing and progressing contracts, title documents and other conveyancing documentation.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals.
• Ensuring work complies with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with colleagues to progress transactions efficiently and to a high standard.

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in Blackburn who are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to join a supportive and progressive legal environment, with applications welcomed from both qualified and non-qualified candidates.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience within residential conveyancing and will be confident managing their own caseload or supporting on a varied portfolio of residential property matters.

Salary: £26,000 – £43,000 per annum , depending on experience and interview performance.

Location: Blackburn / Hybrid Working

Experience: Minimum 1 year’s residential conveyancing experience

Key Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancer:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Handling matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.
• Preparing, reviewing and progressing contracts, title documents and other relevant conveyancing documentation.
• Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals throughout the transaction.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Working closely with colleagues and senior members of the property team to ensure transactions progress efficiently and to a high standard.

About you as a Residential Conveyancer:

• At least 1 year’s experience working within residential conveyancing is essential.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified and non-qualified candidates , including Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Conveyancing Paralegals and Trainee Conveyancers.
• Previous experience managing or assisting with a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively.
• A proactive and committed approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within residential property.
