Job summary

The FR Group in Blackburn is seeking a Paralegal for residential conveyancing. You will handle matters from inception through post-completion, supporting a busy property team.

Key areas include registered and unregistered titles, freehold and leasehold transactions, new build and shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity, Help to Buy, and Land Registry applications. A strong eye for detail and client service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing is preferred.
• Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience welcomed.
• Good knowledge of Land Registry processes and property law.

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing matters from inception to post‑completion.
• Process registered and unregistered titles and Land Registry applications.
• Manage freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership cases.
• Oversee remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy where applicable.
