Are you a highly experienced Residential Property Solicitor ready for your next challenge? And ready to join a leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm in their London Office.

The firm are proud to be recognised in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For and to hold the Investors in People Gold accreditation since 2012. Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join their growing Residential Property team in the London City office.

About the Role

You’ll be working with a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, and will take the lead on complex and high-value transactions. Your strong technical background and commercial awareness will be key in advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including leasehold matters and transactions affected by the Building Safety Act.

What they Are looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years' PQE in Residential Property
• Robust technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and current market
• Experience managing complex transactions and working with HNW clients
• Confident handling leasehold work, including matters impacted by the Building Safety Act
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, commercial approach to problem-solving
• Committed to providing outstanding client service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic team player who can contribute to marketing and business development efforts
