The role:

Opening for a Residential Conveyancer 5+ years PQE to join a highly successful team in Farnham, Surrey.

This role will give you the opportunity to join a department that deals with high-quality of work thanks to the reputation of the property team.

You will manage a diverse caseload including; Sale and purchase of property, Mortgages, Shared Ownership, Transfer of equity, Matrimonial transfers, Release of equity, part/full exchange, and much more.

Due to this firm's heritage and reputation in Surrey, they have established a HNW client base providing their fee-earners with an excellent quality level of work.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor or equivalent 5+ years PQE
• Previous experience handling a diverse residential conveyancing caseload
• Team player with a collegiate approach to working
