Job Description

The Residential Property Department with offices in Holborn, Putney & Kingston is seeking an Associate Solicitor or Legal Executive with over 3 years of Conveyancing experience. The successful candidate will likely work with the team in Kingston upon Thames.

We have extensive experience handling various Conveyancing transactions and pride ourselves on a high rate of repeat clients.

This position offers the opportunity to join a reputable team with broad expertise in residential property law.

We are members of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing their own caseload and committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused service. They should demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, commercial acumen, technical expertise, and teamwork. A proven track record in business development, marketing, and meeting fee and time targets is essential.

The role involves handling a wide range of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Deeds of Variations of Leases
  • Transfers of Equity
