Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in residential property
• Strong technical expertise in conveyancing, including leasehold transactions and matters impacted by the Building Safety Act
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients and handling complex transactions
