Role Overview

We are looking for a Portfolio Director with drive, skill, and experience, particularly in operational management and client relationship management. The role will have three principal requirements:

1. To work alongside and support the Head of Service Charge, Operations & Management in the day-to-day operational delivery on an active portfolio;
2. To provide additional support and guidance to the Property Management and Estate Management Teams;
3. Managing and developing the client relationship to protect and grow our existing management mandate and to secure new management mandates in related areas or jurisdictions.

Team Overview

You will join a senior Residential Management leadership team of six people. At this senior level, collaboration with other senior colleagues is essential to contribute to the success of the department, the Property Management Division, and the wider Savills business. The role requires a strong commercial focus with success demonstrated in driving fee income and operating profit. Supporting and cooperating with peers is crucial. A key relationship will be with the Head of Service Charge, who will support this role.
