You will join a senior Residential Management leadership team of six people. At this senior level, collaboration with other senior colleagues is essential to contribute to the success of the department, the Property Management Division, and the wider Savills business. The role requires a strong commercial focus with success demonstrated in driving fee income and operating profit. Supporting and cooperating with peers is crucial. A key relationship will be with the Head of Service Charge, who will support this role.
