Role Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement credit scorecards for loan products.
2. Ensure models are unbiased, explainable, and compliant with regulations, promoting fair lending practices.
3. Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees, Python, SAS) to model credit risk.
4. Monitor and improve model performance through stress testing and scenario analysis.

Requirements
