Job summary

Mears Group is seeking a skilled Plasterer for responsive repairs in occupied social housing across Tower Hamlets. The role focuses on delivering high-quality plastering repairs and finishes, including patch repairs, full wall skims, and ceiling works, in residents’ homes.

Applicants should have proven domestic plastering experience, including Artex repairs, a full UK driving licence, and strong fault-finding and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance as a plasterer.
• Experience in Artex repairs.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive plastering repairs in occupied properties
• Patch repairs to walls and ceilings after leaks or other trades
• Apply full skim to walls and ceilings
• Make good around door frames, windows, sockets, and pipework
• Maintain a clean, respectful work environment in residents' homes
• Record job details using handheld devices
