Job summary

Mears Group PLC in Coatbridge is seeking an experienced Plasterer to deliver high-quality plastering repairs across occupied homes.

You will work as part of a local team, manage your workload and complete work safely, efficiently and to the highest standards, with a clear focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Role involves general plastering tasks, rough casting and refurbishment work within residential properties, with training, vehicle and fuel card provided after probation.

Qualifications

• Proven plastering experience.
• Experience in rough casting.
• Multi-trade experience and knowledge of additional trades.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently in occupied properties.
• Strong commitment to customer service, quality and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Repairs in occupied properties
• General plaster work
• Partition building
• Strapping and plating
• Plaster finish works
• Rough casting
• Complete repair and refurbishment works to agreed standards and timescales
• Carry out fault finding and maintenance repairs with a focus on first time completion
• Maintain excellent customer service standards with service users and stakeholders
• Use handheld technology to manage work activities, records and compliance requirements
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment and materials in accordance with company procedures
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required
• Participate in emergency call out cover when required
