Job summary

Mears Group in Dover is seeking a skilled plasterer to join our responsive repairs team. This hands-on role focuses on high-quality plastering in occupied social housing properties, delivering patch repairs and full wall skims.

You will work up to 42.5 hours per week (8-5, Mon-Fri) with a company van and fuel card. Applicants should have domestic plastering experience and be able to work independently while keeping residents' homes respected and safe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic plastering and repairs.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to work in occupied social housing properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive plastering repairs in occupied properties.
• Prepare surfaces and apply plaster, bonding, boarding, rendering and skimming.
• Maintain a clean, safe working area and protect residents’ belongings.
• Record job details using handheld devices.
