Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Plasterer Multi-Operative for reactive repairs and maintenance in tenanted social housing across South East London. You will be responsible for plastering and damp & mould washing, with a company van and fuel card provided.

The role is permanent, starting ASAP, and requires NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2, a clean UK driving licence, and DBS check compliance. Experience in social housing and PDA usage is preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification (Essential).
• Valid clean UK driving licence (no more than 3 points).
• Current DBS check or willing to undertake.
• Experience working within social housing.

Responsabilités

• Carry out plastering and damp & mould washing on tenanted social housing properties.
• Handle reactive repairs and maintenance tasks in the South East London area.
