Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance operative in Salford to support the community team with high cleanliness standards and proactive repairs across communal areas. You will communicate with residents, clients and contractors, using Onesite for task updates and ensuring timely completion.

Health and safety matters, stock control and budget adherence are part of the role. Your experience in domestic residential repairs, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a trade qualification

Qualifications

• General education level at GCSE or equivalent.
• Trade qualification essential for repairs and maintenance.
• Fluent English with good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas and site.
• Respond to maintenance issues with initiative and communication.
• Monitor and use Onesite for maintenance tasks and updates.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Administer records and stock, manage budgets and resources.
