Ideal candidates will have hands-on general maintenance experience, strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach. A professional manner with residents and good organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in general repairs across plumbing, joinery and basic electrical work.
• Professional and approachable with residents.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise repairs with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Complete general repairs across plumbing, joinery, basic electrical work, fixtures and fittings.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and site team.
• Carry out planned building checks and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and complete first-time repairs where possible.
• Escalate specialist or larger works to regional technical team.
• Coordinate with contractors attending the building.
• Maintain accurate records of completed works and outstanding actions.
• Ensure all work is completed safely with minimal disruption to residents.
