Job summary

JLL is seeking a Residential Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious client site in London Mayfair. You will support the Supervisor and the team to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8–5.

The role covers HVAC, plumbing, pumps and control systems, energy management, and preventive maintenance. A Level 3 qualification in plumbing, building services or related areas is required, with experience using Corrigo

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 qualification in plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems.
• Experience with building maintenance and compliant with SLAs/KPIs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance tasks and log reactive maintenance requests.
• Assign work orders to technicians and monitor costs and labour hours.
• Maintain equipment history and documentation.
